This Institution has been established and incorporated under the Company Act 2053 Nepal. Registered with Nepal Government, Company Registration Office regd no. 0925/061/62. Its functions are as stipulated in Banking and Financial Institution Ordinance, 2062. It is operating under the License No NRB/License/Ga/63/062/63 issued by the Nepal Rastra Bank.
